To access certain Services on the Buildupshot, Users are required to provide specific information during the registration process, including:

Furthermore, in order to grant you access to the Services and verify your identity, secure your account details, and provide access to features offered through the Buildupshot, you may grant us permission to collect and record information related to your device, operating system, network, location, etc. Additionally, you may be asked to provide additional information, including your Permanent Account Number.
In certain cases, we may collect sensitive personal information (SPI) from you on the Buildupshot. SPI includes financial information such as details of payment instruments/modes used, like cardholder name, encrypted credit/debit card number with expiration date, banking details, wallet details, etc. This information is presented to you during the payment process to facilitate prompt completion of transactions. These are used to make sure transactions made through our payment gateway partners Razorpay/Phonepe work services smoothly. These are bound to be used under Payment gateway partners, terms and policies to use.
Except for financial information provided during payment for Services on the Buildupshot, Buildupshot does not collect any other SPI while providing the Services. Any SPI collected by Buildupshot will not be disclosed to third-party service providers without your explicit consent, except as outlined in this Privacy Policy or in a separate written agreement between Buildupshot and you, or as required by law. This condition does not apply to publicly available information, including SPI, related to you on the Buildupshot.

During the provision of Services, Users may invite other existing Users or users ("Invited Users") to participate through social media platforms such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, etc. We may then use this information to contact the Invited User, invite them to register with Buildupshot (if they are not already a User), and participate in the Contest they were invited to by you. The participation of Invited Users is subject to this Privacy Policy and the Buildupshot's Terms and Conditions. By inviting Users, you confirm that they have consented to the disclosure of their information to us, our affiliates, and/or our group entities.
All required information is specific to the type of Contest/Services the User wishes to participate in or access and will be used to provide the requested services.
Disclosure/Sharing:
Buildupshot may share information provided by you and data regarding your usage of the Services and participation in Contest with its affiliates and group entities to facilitate communication regarding their products and/or services. Buildupshot may also share this information with third-party service providers engaged for data analytics, storage, service improvements (including product enhancements), and to enhance your experience. Any entity with whom information is shared will be required to comply with security standards similar to those of Buildupshot.
By using the Buildupshot, you expressly consent to the collection, use, and storage of your information by Buildupshot. Buildupshot reserves the right to share, disclose, and transfer information collected with its affiliates and group entities. In the event of a sale or transfer of business assets, consumer information may be shared, disclosed, or transferred as part of the transaction. Buildupshot may share information and data regarding usage of the Services and participation in Contests with commercial partners for user engagement, marketing, promotional, and related purposes. These cookies assign each visitor a unique random number, known as a User Identification (User ID), to comprehend individual user interests based on the identified device. Various deceptive emails, websites, blogs, etc., purporting to be from or affiliated with Buildupshot may circulate on the internet ("Deceptive Communication"). These communications may include our logo, images, links, or other content. Some of them may request login credentials, falsely claim that you have won a prize, provide instructions for illegal activities, or solicit detailed personal information or payments. It's important to note that these communications are not associated with Buildupshot in any way. For your own security, we strongly advise against responding to such deceptive communications. You agree that we shall not be liable for any losses or harm resulting from relying on or acting upon such deceptive communications.
Except for purposes of verification as outlined in the Terms and Conditions, neither we nor our employees will contact you to request sensitive personal information.
Conditions of Use:
Buildupshot does not guarantee that this Buildupshot, its servers, or emails sent by us or on our behalf are free from viruses. Buildupshot shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this Buildupshot, including but not limited to compensatory, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, and consequential damages, loss of data, goodwill, business opportunities, income or profit, loss of or damage to property, and claims of third parties. In no event shall Buildupshot's liability exceed an amount of INR 100.
Retention of Data:
Your personal information may be retained and used until: (i) the purposes for using your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy are no longer relevant; and (ii) we are no longer obligated by applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, or legitimate business purposes to retain your personal information, and its retention is not necessary for establishing, exercising, or defending any legal claim.
User Account and Data Deletion:
Users have the right to request the deletion of their User accounts and personal information by using their own account login in Buildupshot.com
If you opt for permanent deactivation, you will lose access to the Buildupshot and Services, along with any associated User data and personal information. Users cannot get, account once deleted.
When data deletion is requested, we follow a deletion process to ensure safe and complete removal from our servers or retention only in anonymized form. We endeavor to protect information from accidental or malicious deletion, which may result in delays between deletion requests and the removal of copies from our active and backup systems.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:
By accessing this Buildupshot, you agree that the laws of the Republic of India govern this Privacy Policy without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Payment Method
We use Razorpay/Phonepe for processing payments. We/Razorpay/Phonepe do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. For Service Providers: If you are a service provider, business or professional, you need to register with Buildupshot to offer your service. During the account registration process, we will collect business name, website, phone or mobile number, address, zip code, description and service offering related data. You may need to provide payment related information like your bank account, IFSC code, PAN and bank information
Updating Information:
You are responsible for promptly notifying Buildupshot of any changes, updates, or modifications to your personal information. Additionally, you may review, update, or modify your personal information and User preferences by logging into your profile page on the Buildupshot.
